Andrea has been investing in Real Estate for over 20 years, with the bulk of her portfolio in the Central Alberta area. Using many different techniques like seller financing, rent to own, and joint venture partnerships has allowed her to expand her reach from single family properties to multifamily properties. Licensed as a Realtor in both Residential and Commercial, Andrea works primarily with real estate investors. Multifamily and storage facilities are of particular interest.Over the past 4 years, land development has become a passion for Andrea in the Alberta and British Columbia markets. Currently working on developments in Cranbrook, BC, Sundre, AB, and Nobleford, AB.
